My Winter Senses
I hear children
Playing, singing, and dancing.
Having fun today.
I smell fire
With flames so bright.
We’re warming
Our toes tonight!
I see children
Making a snowman.
They used
A carrot
For the nose.
Wow!
It’s the biggest snowman
I’ve ever seen!
I taste
Hot chocolate
And it tastes so good.
I taste cookies too.
I touch
Snowmen.
They’re so cold.
I touch sleds too.
