I Love Autumn
Let’s go haunt the night,
As the ghosts give us a fright.
Tricker-or-Treaters are wandering the streets,
Eager for delicious treats.
Doorbells are ringing,
Children are grinning
At the enormous assortment of candies.
The colorful leaves hang overhead,
Fluttering in the wind.
A black cat slinks by
as the hour gets late.
When we return home,
the pumpkins greet us with
their bright orange glow.
