My Magical Hobbies

My hobbies are like a magical spell that can never end as if a spirit is touching me and is giving me a fantastic gift.

When I was three, I began playing tennis and now I’m an unbeatable champ. I compete every week in the Trumbull racket club tournament. I have never lost one tournament ever since I started competing. I always get better because my brother, Ethan, helps and supports me. When I play tennis I feel like I can hit wherever I want. If you think really deep, you will realize that it’s more than just hitting a ball over a net. I feel like a super hero whose powers are to make a force field around me and you can’t stop me.

I’m also a big performer and I was in a Disney musical when I was in 3^rd grade. When I act, I feel like a wizard has cast a spell on me and I’m a new person. When I’m a new person I’ve left reality and have entered the magical world of acting where witches fly, monsters scowl, and Cyclopes wrestle. I am very serious now and I want to move to L.A. and become a real actor and start a band.  

I am also a big computer programmer and started at the age of six. The first site I used was a program called Scratch which programs games for the computer. The second sight I used is called Game Salad for Apple devices. I had to teach myself by looking at videos and I actually gave Mr. Brownstein a pamphlet of what I know about Scratch and he started teaching kids about this program. When I teach other people about programming, I feel like Albert Einstein! I am known as an entrepreneur! I came up with an idea that I presented on LLTV for an art contest and many students from all the grades competed in!

Another hobby I have is drawing. I started drawing when I was eight. When I draw I feel like I can draw anything in the world. I can draw monsters, portraits, and even fantasy. When I draw a monster or a superhero, right away I feel like I’ve turned into that drawing. When I draw I like to say I feel colorful. All the colors are a different emotion I have about drawing. Sky blue makes me feel free, green makes me the happiest person on earth, and red makes me as fierce as a lion.

My hobbies are like a giant black hole that takes in millions of stars and each star is a fantastic new hobby. Without my hobbies, I will be like a shattered window that needs to be fixed.
