Skateboarding

The best sport I know of. In skate boarding you will need a helmet in case you hit your head. You will need a skate board and skate board gloves so you don’t skin your hand. You will also need elbow pads and knee pads so if you fall you don’t hurt your arms or legs. Also in skate boarding you will need places to skate. A skate park would be good because it’s smooth. Drive ways and your street because it’s close by. Then you will need to know how to skate. When you skate you put your feet where the nails are then slide so you’re facing forward. Then push with right your foot. When you're moving slide back sideways tilt forward and backwards to move right or left. Theirs two ways to stop for beginners. I would take one foot off and stop it with that foot. For experts step on the back of the board so the front pops up and the back stops it.

Going to a Jets Game

I was in the car going to a Jets Football game, with my brother and my dad. When we got there their was a huge party outside MetLife Stadium. We went inside the stadium and got our seats. We could see the Jets and the Bills worming up. 10 minutes later the game started!!! The Jets kicked off first. #44 on the Bills received the ball and ran to the 27 yard line then he got tackled. Fitzpatrick the quarterback of the Bills threw a deep pass to a receiver and it was not complete but the Jets picked it off. He started running at the 50 yard line and ended the run with a touchdown!! The kick is good by folk and the Jets are in the lead 7-0. The Jets kicked it off and the Bills player got a good return he got out to the 50 yard line. The Bills completed a 30 yard play. They got a 1^st down. The quarterback handed it off to the running back and got a touchdown. 30 minutes later the score was 28-24 Jets. 10 seconds left, bills quarterback threw it to a open man and he caught it 1^st down Bills. They took to long that the clock was at zero, The Jets have won the game 28-24

The Squeak Noise

One dark Halloween night Justin and I were trick-or-treating. I was a hot dog and Justin was ketchup. We heard a “squeak” noise. So we walked closer to the noise. In the distance we could hear the “squeak” noise again. We both stared at the squeak noise, it was a door opening and closing. I was surprised to see no light in the house. So we walked in the house and said trick or treat. There was no answer. We looked around I glanced at a hand coming close to me. I screamed and listened to Justin run away. Justin looked in the house but I was no were to be seen.

ONE MORNING MY SISTER AND I WERE AT OUR DAD’S HOUSE. THAT DAY IT WAS MY UNCLE’S BIRTHDAY. WE ALL WENT TO SUSHI X IN STAMFORD. I HAD A FREE SAMPLE AND IT WAS CALLED THE X ROLL. IT WAS AMAZING! NEXT WE TRIED THE CHICKEN ROLL. THE CHICKEN ROLL IS CHICKEN WRAPPED IN RICE AND Lettuce. IT TASTES AWESOME!  BY THE WAY THAT TIME WAS MY FIRST TIME TASTING SUSHI. I ALWAYS THOUGHT SUSHI WAS NASTY BUT I WAS WRONG AND IT TASTES GOOD.

Barcelona

Barcelona is the best soccer team in the world. The league they play in is liga bbva, the Spanish soccer league. They have a great lineup; I will tell you some players and will rate the players on  a scale of 1-10. Goalkeeper Victor Valdes 8.6.defenders   carlos polulos 9.1 gerrad pique 9.3 stop players from scoring all day. Midfielders xiva and inesta distribute the ball amazingly. Forwards david villa and meesi score all day.

Barcalona’s maneger is pep guardiola.barcalona has one many awards with him. They have one 18 la ligas. Theve had many great players like joan croth, romario, and ronoldinho. Barcalona has a hated enemy real Madrid. Both teams are always great. This year barcalona won the first match 3-1.also, people watch to see meesi and ronaldo clash, they are the worlds best players. Barcalona has a great youth system. World class players such as xiva, poluls, pique. Barcalonas stadium is camp nou. It can hold up to 60,000 people.  Barcalona is a great team.

Going Kayaking

One hot, summer, August afternoon, my mom, my younger brother and I decided to go kayaking across Lake George. The lake looked like the color of your pool on a hot July night. It took about a minimum of two minutes to get the boat. Finally we hopped in the sunset colored kayak. My mom and I were the ones who had to row. We rowed until we were under the bridge. It felt like the cars above us were going to topple on top of us.  We passed the big pretty houses sitting on the islands with water ski docs and

boat docs. My brother and I brought pieces of  left-over lunch bread to feed the ducks in the water. The trees on the islands looked like big broccoli pieces on your fork ready to go in your mouth. We passed the white and blue speed boatspouncing against the water like a cat when it finds a mouse. Finally, we reached

the gray, bumpy docs to park our kayak. I could feel the kayak skimming the bottom of the lake. As we walked down the docs, I said, “ this was the best thingwe did all day!!

The Thanksgiving Game   

On the way to New Jersey we were

listening to the radio  me and my

brothers were so excited  to be

there. When  we got there  our cousins

gave us our own homemade football

jerseys. They  made the jerseys for

us because we were going to play

a football game! Immediately we

started running on the sidewalk and

around a school. When got to the

field we started the game. Both

teams kept on scoring but they

missed once  so at the end of

the game it was 33-30 we won!

I woke up and my Mom said get in the car. I sprinted to the car. We were going to Long Beach Island. We go there every year with my cousins and my grandma and grandpa. It is a three hour car trip.

          Three hours latter we were there. My butt hurt as I stepped out of the car. We ate lunch at Green House Cafe. I had the cheesiest pizza ever.  It was the best pizza I ever tasted. After lunch we went to our house.

 I rushed out of the car and grabbed my bags. My brother tried to grab his bags but they were so heavy they almost flattened him. I was done unpacking but every one was still unpacking. I asked my Mom if we could go to the beach she said a few minuets. A few minutes latter every one was done unpacking. I was packing the stuff for the beach. I packed my boogie board and my skim board.

Our house was right next to the beach. I could hear the waves crashing and I could taste the salt water. Every one else followed. I ran into the water, it was freezing! It was such a hot day that the water felt good. I was on my boogie board and I caught a lot of waves. A bunch of times the wave crashed on me. I was in the water for two hours. My mom came over and said I had to go home for dinner.

After dinner we went back to the beach. When my cousins and I flew our kites they crashed a bunch of times. It took a long time to bring the kites down. After we went back and went to bed.

The next morning when I woke up I was going to play a prank on my brother and my two cousins. I was going to grab my itouch. I would hide and take a video of them. I knew they would think I was sleeping. They came up stairs and found me. Then I showed them the video, they cracked up.

I was so exited today because we will go to the water park. At 10:00 I got on my swim suit and we drove to the water park. We got our tickets and went to get our tubes for the water slide.   My cousin and I went up the stairs. When we got to the top I went on slide number 6. Number 6 has a dark tube. When I went down it was pitch black. I could see sun light. I knew that meant I was at the end. When I hit the water I made a big splash. Next I went up the stairs but I didn’t go on the slide. I stood under the big bucket. When the trumpet plays, the bucket of water dumps on you. I just heard the trumpet and then the bucket dumped on me. I felt the water splash on my back. We walked to mini golf it was rite next to the water park. Me my two cousins and my brother played. There were two cores one was the waterfall one and the cave one we did the water fall course. I won the game then we went back to the house and went to the beach. It was high tide. The waves were so big. I went skim boarding because the waves were so big. It was good because when I fell off my bored I fell in water.     

One of the waves was so big it through me to the ground. Once I didn’t step on the bored and then I ran into the water. When the tide was going out I went boogie boarding. The wave s were splashing and crashing on me. The first wave I caught brought me all the way to shore. The waves were getting smaller and smaller as the tied went out. In 10 minutes it was low tide .during low tide I decided to build a sand castle with my cousins and my dad and uncle. We dug a big whole and put the sand in a mountain shape. When it got tall we put wholes in the castle and pored water in the wholes to make it sturdy. When we were done we built a moat around the castle. Then we built a wall around the moat because the tide was coming in. A few times the waves went over the wall and we dug the moat deeper and made the wall higher. When we went to the beach after lunch the waves knocked the castle over. I went in the water with my boogie bored the waves were so big they knocked me to the ground. The second ride I rode it to shore. I liked it when I wiped out. I went to go skim boarding. The first wave crashed on me. Soon my mom came and told me to come in for dinner. She said we were going to Fantasy Island. When we went to Fantasy Island I went on the Viking ship it went back and forth and back and forth. My head was spinning when I got off. I played the baseball toss you had to knock the clowns down. I knocked two clowns with one ball and knocked the rest down I won a NFL football.  Next I went on the bumper cars I crashed into the wall a bunch of times. I crashed into my brother on purpose. Next I went to the arcade. I played the claw game it took me five turns to win a Boston Red sox s hat. After I won the hat we went home. I went to bed and the next morning we went out to breakfast at green house cafe. I got a tall stack of pancakes. I put a lot of syrup on my pancakes. After breakfast we went to a playground we played tag I was “it”. It took me a long time but I finally tagged my brother. A few minutes later we went back to the house and we went to the beach.  It was low tide so I jumped in the water and went body surfing. When I caught a wave I flew towards the shore and water crashed on me. Once I was at the crest of the wave and I flipped over. It was super thrilling! The waves got bigger as it got closer to lunch. Then I went to the house and my mom said we were going to Holiday snack bar for lunch. I knew what I was going to have, a cheese burger and fries and for desert I am going to get a chocolate cake with whipped cream frosting. The holiday snack bar is known for there desserts. When we left the house we drove to holiday snack bar. We ordered and soon our food came. It was the best food I ever had. Then it came to desert the piece of cake was as big as the plate it was so big I had to bring some home. When we got home we played hide and go seek my cousin Carline was seeking I hid in a door no one could find me after that we went to the beach. It was high tide my cousin and I went in the water. When I went in the water I got picked up by the waves. The waves got smaller and smaller. Tomorrow we are going home.  We went back to the house and played more hide and seek. Now it was 7:00 we just finished dinner so we went back to the beach. When we were at the beach I asked my mom if I could go in the water she said yes. I ran into the water it was cold but I didn’t mined. Then we went to the house and went to sleep the next morning we packed up and said good bye and left.
