I Made a Mistake

I went to the closet to get some pants,

I made a mistake… and found some ants.

I went to my bedroom to get some sleep,

I made a mistake… and started to weep.

I went to the garden to plant a tree,

I made a mistake… and got stung by a bee.

I went to a towel to get much dryer,

I made a mistake… and started a fire.

I went to the attic to get a box,

I made a mistake… and ran into a fox.

I went to the store to buy a cat,

I made a mistake… and bought a rat.

I went to the kitchen to bake a cake,

I made a mistake… and baked a rake

I went outside to have fun and play,

I made a mistake… and had a horrible day!
